Child Protection Policy
Chase Side Youth FC are committed to a robust Child Protection Policy and have appointed Amanda Weston as its responsible Officer, who acts as a mentor for
all other Child Protection team representatives.
She will also ensure our policy remains updated and fully communicated.
Whilst at this time we are not a Charter Standard FA Youth club the best practice requirements such accreditation requires are visible in our Club.
Full details of what this entails can be obtained from the FA web site at FA.com
and or through the Middlesex County FA web site. ( www.middlesexfa.com )
Our key objectives/terms of reference are;

Chase Side Youth FC
- To promote sound ethics and high standards in football
- To provide a reassuring and communication outlet for every child that might need help
- To demonstrate that Chase Side Youth FC is fit for purpose and is an environment
which is safe and suitable for children
Currently, the FA provided course is a three hour workshop and includes the provision of a guide/work plan which is aimed at raising awareness amongst adults who are involved in organising youth football. The guide is available to work through at home.
