CODES OF CONDUCT

• All players registering with Chase Side Youth FC must understand and agree to comply with a code of conduct. 
• All parents/guardians of players registering with Chase Side Youth FC must also read, understand and agree to this code of conduct.
• Provision of this code and registration of a player will be taken as acceptance of it by both player and parents / guardians.

 PLAYERS Code of Conduct

1. I must on all occasions act to ensure the continued good name of Chase Side Youth FC
2. With the exception of my school, I will only play for Chase Side Youth FC other than by agreement with my manager and after confirming same to my club secretary, whose contact details are known to my manager.
3. I understand that my manager and his appointed deputies have sole discretion and responsibility for match selections, including the position in which I am asked to play.
4. That I will attend as many training sessions and matches as is possible and to do my best on all occasions and provide, as early as possible, notice to my manager of my unavailability for training or matches.
5. I will always show respect and a good attitude towards all Chase Side Youth FC officials, parents and my fellow players
6. I will always show respect and a good attitude, but in a competitive manner, towards my opponents.
7. I will always show respect and a good attitude to match officials.
8. I will never use racial or abusive language to any person whilst representing Chase Side Youth FC and understand that Chase Side Youth FC reserves the right to ask me to leave the club in the event that I do.
9. I will support and encourage all members of my squad, whether or not I am selected to play in the team.
10. I will never bully or act unfairly towards members of my squad.
11. I accept that the football kit and other items supplied to me always remain the property of Chase Side Youth FC and that I will return it if requested. I understand that the payment of subscriptions or other monies paid by me or on my behalf does not entitle me to the kit provided. I will take care of the items supplied whilst they are in my custody.
12. I acknowledge that I will be responsible for the cost of replacing items damaged or lost whilst in my care and custody, if requested.
13. I will always wear shin pads for training and matches, which I understand is the requirement of the
    Football Association.
14. I accept that serious or persistent breaches of this code of conduct may result in my dismissal from the club with immediate effect. Chase Side Youth FC has a pastoral, caring attitude towards it’s players and will only undertake this step if it considers it has no other more positive alternative courses of action.
15. I understand that if I have at any time any concern or complaint, then I must inform my parent / guardian and my manager.
     

1. I understand, accept and will support at all times the above code of conduct as applicable to the players representing Chase Side Youth FC.
2. I understand that I am responsible for my own behaviour and that of my guests
   and will on all occasions show respect and a good attitude towards players, officials
   and spectators of both teams.
3. I understand that poor behaviour could make Chase Side Youth FC liable for fines imposed by sanctioning Football Leagues and Associations and that I will be required to indemnify the club in the event that they are reasonably held to be my responsibility.
4. I understand that I am responsible for the prompt payment of any subscriptions
   due and that individual fines are the responsibilty of the player and not that of
   Chase Side Youth FC.
5. I understand that the manager and his appointed deputies are unpaid volunteers and should not and cannot be expected to undertake all tasks associated with a training session or matches and that I will assist wherever possible.
